4.2 All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed at the time of the transaction. jdclub9 does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment processors may impose their own fees.
4.3 Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in deposit reversal and account suspension.

5.1 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically feasible. Where this is not possible, jdclub9 will communicate alternative withdrawal arrangements directly with the account holder.
5.2 Withdrawals are subject to completion of jdclub9's KYC verification process. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held pending completion of required verification steps.
5.3 Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply as displayed in the account cashier at the time of the request. Processing times vary by payment method and are communicated to players prior to initiating a withdrawal.

6.2 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the systematic use of bonuses without genuine recreational play, the exploitation of promotion loopholes, and the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses — is prohibited. jdclub9 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is identified.
6.3 Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred. Bonuses are credited to the account in MYR and are subject to the wallet and wagering rules applicable at the time of crediting.
6.4 jdclub9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players where practicable.
7.1 General. All bets placed on jdclub9 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the product category — sports betting, live casino, slots, or bingo — as published in the respective rules sections of the platform.
7.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is not valid until it has been accepted and confirmed by the jdclub9 system. Confirmation is displayed on-screen and recorded in your bet history. In the event of technical difficulties, jdclub9's records shall be the definitive record of bet placement and acceptance.
